Can I connect a washing machine?

My new apartment has no cold water tap on the wall for the washing machine. Does the plumbing in the cupboard cater for it? Where would the hose attach to?

The design of this forum is terrible, I can't see any of the replies to my question. Anyway, just an update, the apartment handyman had to drill a hole in the side of the tub to connect the hose which attached to the bottom of the pipes in the cupboard. All good now.
