My plumber installed a 1 1/4 inch plastic pea trap under my new bathroom sink. but I forgot to check to see if the new cabinet drawer would shut.

The pea trap is about 1/4 inch too long. Can that be corrected? Are there shorter pea traps available in plastic? I found one in metal at Home Depot and Lowes, but no plastic.

Thanks for your help.

Thanks John. Getting the metal trap will solve the problem!
