It wouldn’t pass here and I doubt it would in California.
You have a major fixture over a minor. The floor drain needs to be vented.

Sure they are but you can’t put just any fixture above and wet vent through it.
A washing machine is a high flow fixture.
What Two said, you can wash it with a lav if your code allows wet vent
This should make that legal. I would still be concerned about suds backing up out of floor drain.
Isn't there something about 12ft for suds in the code distance wise... tired
