Hey all..
Hope I'm posting in the right place.
My 2 year old Buderus (Logamatic R-2107) is spitting out a 'HDW PROD ERR' message on the display panel. This is an oil fired burner.
I have two zones and when either zone requests heat, the TACO Zone Valve Control's red light illuminates for that particular zone and the Z-one activator end switch trips.
If I move the thermostat (fairly new Honeywell digital) below the current room temperature, all lights go out on the control panel and the lever on the Z-one switch goes back to where it should be. The boiler still shows the error however.
Any ideas as to the cause?
Need more info?
Update: I am now losing water pressure.
thanks in advance for any help,
bgg
