Bathroom water supply stuck

Hello, Attached is a picture of my bathroom sink. The old rubber water supply line (cold water) sprung a leak. The water valve is shut off. We Unloosen the bolt but cannot pull the gray water supply out to put a new one on. It seems like it was glued or something. Any suggestions? Thank you!

Grab it up near the the top and twist it with pliers. Get rough with it.

Try warming it up with a hair dryer, without melting it.

A lot of times I just cut the tubing in half with tin snips and it makes it easier to wiggle it out.
