Hey guys, I am really hoping to get some help here. My basement floor drain is making a really loud gurgling noise. My neighbor said he had the same thing, so I called the people from the city but they didn't find any problems with the city lines...
The floor drain isn't backing up, and the noise doesn't seem to coincide with anything (ie baths, or showers or flushing). This has been going on for about 6 weeks now. I tired putting a snake down there, and nothing, same with the basement toilet and sink next to the floor drain. I tried to overfill it with hot water from a hose, and it doesnt over flood.... nothing seems to be wrong, just the noise, which is concerning.
Any ideas? I have a video if people need to hear the noise (not sure how to embed)
