What do you all suggest for a well where the pH is too acidic for use. What options are available for this situation?

There is a PH filter, also called a neutralizer. Which is a softener tank filled half way or so with Calcite which increases the PH. It also adds hardness.

I would be curious why your well has acidic water and what the PH is. I have many shallow wells in my area that are around 20' deep. No hardness at all, sometimes iron, sometimes sulphur, sometimes both, chemicals from farmland galore. I wouldn't bath in it. This water just hasn't been through enough natural strata to be filtered to a safe to use degree.
