50s or 60s camper trailer water heater. Safe to use?

I have a electric “miracle Minnie” water heater in this old camper trailer I just got from the 50s or 60s. Is it safe to just start up and use? Is there any maintenance things to be done before starting it up? Is it garbage? It’s Probabaly been 40 or more years since it’s been used. Anything helps! Thanks!
