I created my own odorless toilet for $35. It seems to work really well. Do you see any plumbing issues with it?

WOW.

If you flush it after you use it, it shouldn't stink.

If all that is for the odor when you're actually dropping the kids off in the pool take a can of Febreeze in with you

American Standard made a toilet with a vent-a way system in the tank many years ago but it was to much trouble to maintain and repair.

The seal on the bottom of the seat would be very unsanitary and difficult to clean.

Cutting a knotch in the back of the tank and then sealing it to a pipe going through the wall. Now that is some funny $hit right there.

If your toilet stinks you should just clean it make sure you don't leave skid marks

Ok, from the replies I got, I am pretty sure my video was not clear about how and when to use the toilet vent. A normal bathroom fan is run for maybe 10 minutes after you go number two, to remove the odor hanging in the air. The toilet vent fan is only run for the two minutes, or so, that you are actually sitting on the toilet, going number two, and then you turn it off after you flush. The amazing thing is that ZERO smell gets into the bathroom air. You can literally take a dump, and your wife can walk in the bathroom right after you and not even realize what just happened.

I fan the door a couple times so the odor drifts into the bedroom where she's sleeping. I like to share. :D

The door wave is a nice gesture, but if you really want to share, route the vent pipe into the bedroom.

OK, Lou...once again your lack of common sense is truly mind boggling.

This is what's going to happen: cracks are going to radiate from those square-cornered cuts you made in that tank...it's called vitreous china for a reason.

If you're lucky these cracks will grow slowly and you'll just have to mop up a puddle before replacing that water closet entirely (because you'll discover you can't just replace the tank).

If you're not lucky that tank will fail dramatically while you are out of the house and you'll return to a flooded home.

At this point I'm not really concerned about you damaging your own house with your crazy ideas, but please take that video off the web so you aren't responsible for flooding anyone else's home.
