Take one of the cartridges out and post a picture. Faucets are not like cars, you rarely can identify them just by looking at it because many companies make the same looking style or straight up copy each other

If it is leaking, call Moen and they will send you a free replacement. Otherwise you can spend around $30 at the orange big box if you can't wait a few days for Moon's delivery.
