ok, as i bring my shower from colder to warmer it makes a very loud vibrating/humming noise that literally shakes the walls. here's the weird thing, it comes from the sink on the other side of the shower! if you even let out the tiniest trikle of cold water from the sink, the problem instantly stops. here are some things that u should know:
-the system has been bled
-if i turn down the cold water to a trikle at the cut off valve it helps the problem but doesn't stop it
-the problem persists with or without a shower head, and when using the tub faucet
-adjusting the valve on the tub faucet that controls the shower doesn't help
-i have very, very good water pressure in my home...not only do i think this may be part of the problem, i also would like to keep my great water pressure so if its possible i'd love to keep any solutions local.
-the entire piping configuration behind the shower is new...3-4 years, the bathroom was just renovated but the problem has been going on since before the renovation.
-PLEASE FEEL FREE TO ASK ME FOR MORE INFORMATION...THANKS EVERYBODY SO MUCH IN ADVANCE FOR ALL YOUR HELP!!!
