WC flange advise

Hello

Any help is appreciated.

Renovating floor and removed toilet to a bit of a hack repair and a tiny bit of water damage.

Removed the broken ring around flange and not sure of the proper fix. Its tight access below and i can remove the subfloor if i must.

Thr drain is sturdy and floor is solid so not sure if i should remove rest of flange and replace fully. Ir if i can add a new mounting ring.

Hd/lowes/ hardware store should carry a split repair ring you bolt together and secure to the floor
