I have a 3rd floor bathroom that gets used infrequently. Kid went off to college, so it hasn't been used since the summer. I checked it yesterday and the water to the shower and the cold water to the sink have stopped. Well, the shower has a minimal flow - the cold water to the sink has stopped. Water flow to the 2nd floor is good.
The water main in the street was broken for 5 days. When they did a temporary fix, they shut off the water. So, I turned on each faucet to get the air out. That's when I noticed the problem on the 3rd floor.
How do I go about troubleshooting / repairing?
