Hello all,
I have been put in charge of replacing two water heaters at my work. I am a novice and don't have any resources to advise me on what water heaters to buy. My guidelines are that the new water heaters must be "like" units (similar gallonage, electrical, etc.) I have attached photos of the specs of the current water heaters and links to what I am planning on purchasing. Please let me know if you would consider these "like" units and if I am missing any information. I matched the gallonage, 208 V, and 3-phase components. Thank you for the help.

When we replace commercial water heaters, we let our wholesale distributor supply house match up the specs and order the units. The WH specialists at the supply house really know a lot more than us plumbers do.
And, they will deliver to us for no charge and even have a special crew with stair climbing dolly if needed to help move those 450 lb suckers.
I would avoid HD for these.
In this price range you definitely should have a competent plumbing contractor taking care of this with you.
