I'm doing some work for my landlord. One of the issues is replacing a bad bathroom sink stem. Stem is corroded and unusable. The sink is an American Standard from early 1900's. I've attached pics of sink, stem, etc. Does anyone know where I can find a replacement stem?

I'm guessing the washer screw head likely corroded off and the screw is still in there.
Replacing faucet replacement a good option since seat is probably in rough shape also.

Chicago faucet shoppe in Mt. Prospect IL. They dont have it, you wont get it.

Frodo and Diehard, as far as I know, those faucets are not made any longer.
And that sink is a sad pos anyway.
