ToTo support was rude to me. I called the distributor and THEY made it right.
Kinda pathetic.
I’ll still use some of their products but I tell people don’t expect good support or warranty support.
Their side flusher tank levers suck and they know it. Total junk. The one that’s shaped like a comma.
