Toilet Problem

i live in a mobile home, my mom has paid a plumber twice in two months to come here and work underneath, once i know with an auger for hours

my toilet just gets backed up. the plumber was here two days ago, immediately the toilet still didnt flush. then my moms boyfriend was here probably with a snake. it worked good for awhile. today the toilet paper gets stuck i can see it stuck in the toilet, and the toilet fills with water. it eventually gurgled ithe paper and water out itself. the toilet does even flush now, its screwed up, the pressure, sometimes water flies out of my sink. now i have the same problem ive had for months. paper just gets stuck and i cant flush it

the toilet is 3 years old

what can i do now

For what it is worth...I assume that the plummer, underneath the mobile home, put his auger in a clean out underneath the home. You should make sure that the auger he used made it to the city sewer line. Then you would be sure that the plumbing from the home to the city sewer line is clean wth no clogs. Your other option is from CT18 and is worth a try.
