I installed the american standard champion pro toilet in March 2021 and now it makes the sound that the toilet is flushing every 5 minutes yet I never touch the toilet to flush. Watch and listen to the video. How do I fix this problem.
You’re losing water from the tank. It’s either the flush gasket or the oring on the float assembly screw.

The flush valve could be leaking water into the toilet bowl. If so, the water level in the tank will drop. When it drops enough the fill valve will open and top off the tank.
You can replace the flush valve yourself for around $5.00 and maybe 20 minutes of work.

Slide over to your right and take a picture of your flapper
I'd first run your finger between the flapper and the seal to see if you have sediment on the underside of the flapper.
