Toilet keeps filling up and emptying

To remove the entire flushvalve, I'd have to take the tank off the toilet right? Ugh

It's not that big of a deal. You're a homeowner, build your tool box Do it a couple of times and it turns into a 30 minute job on a Saturday.

I have 4.5 bathrooms in my house, and just went through swapping out all the hardware. Now my water bill is sensible.
