What’s the recommended interval between colonoscopy’s ?

Now that I'm old enough, it's NEVER. That's pretty easy!

About every 5-8 years I replace my ballcocks and flappers as routine maintenance even if they’re working.

Every 10 years I service and grease my faucets. Every one of them, even if they work fine.
