Toilet Flange Flooring Issue

A small amount of water drips from the drain pipe when the upstairs toilet flushes. I removed the deteriorated wax ring and previous owner's "twist n go" PVC toilet flange in order to troubleshoot those being the culprits, but now I don't have a place to screw down the flange. Previous flange appears glued and relied on the "twist" to lock down.

The pipe (see below) is original cast iron (1950 home). Do I have options or do I call in a professional?
