I have a slab condo.

Master bath towards the end back of the condo which I think is the last plumbing in condo before it enters sewer pipe to the street.

Master bathroom toilet flush ....

bottom of toilet where screw into floor starts to GUSH water
AND
at the same time the shower next to toilet backs up with sewer water.

I have reason to believe the shower contains the last pipes into the sewer.

The toilet bowl also has sewer water but not the leak from the toilet floor.

Turned the house water valve off, cleaned bathroom, shower water slowly drained in the shower, turn on shower water and it overflows..

Turned the water on, no leaking from toilet.

Turned on the washing machine, toilet leak and shower overflow started again.

Don't understand why the shower drain backs up after the flush BUT goes down before and after water valve shut off.

Where do you think the plugged pipe is?

Could it be the sewer line past the shower to the mail line to the street?

Thank you in advance for comments and recommendations.

Thanks so much for the response.
Of course it could also be a midget who fell into the toilet.
Why don't you respond with an autobot that states "Hire a Plumber" and then we won't have to trouble you.

It probably is a midget.

Hire a plumber and find out.
