Power,water supply to electric water heater tank,also water to whole condo is shut off and 2 faucets are opened to drain lines and releive pressure when vacating condo for 9 months.Will this stop tank from possibly leaking and can anything else be done(I heard draining tank is a bad idea ,it can cause accelerated rusting)
