Tips on removing kitchen sink side sprayer hose?

well there is a grey plastic piece that you pinch together with your fingers and it should release
Can't quite figure out how to remove the hose from the faucet. I've attached a pic. It's very hard to reach, so I can't easily fiddle with it to figure it out.
I'm guessing you pinch the yellow circle. could be twin on opposite side
Thanks, yeah, I was barely able to get some needle nose pliers into to squeeze the blue clips and pop the hose off. I'd tried like the dickens to squeeze the blue clips with my fingers, but it was such a tight fit and awkward angle hat I couldn't apply much force. Unfortunately, once I got the hose off, the nipple wasn't a universal attachment. There were a couple blue clips on that as well and the nipple was attached directly to the faucet. Nothing to unscrew or anything. Oh well. All I really needed to replace was the collar/sleeve thingy that the hose slides up through.
