Tempress 2 shower cartridge

I just changed the shower cartridge and I had a leak around the stem coming out through the cover with in seconds of turning the shower on I’ve changed out 3 cartridges and 2 covers I’ve even tried different sizes of ORings any help the tempress 2 rough in valve cartridge is crossed over to danfoss Grohe .

O ring is the only seal, so it has to be the oring size.

I’ve also put 3 different front covers on it still leaks also have changed O rings I have also put oversized in there still drips only when switching to the shower
