Taco Powerhead

Hello,
I have a zone that does not open.
Thermostat is sending signal to powerhead.
Powerhead gets hot . . . does not open - unless manual.

Bad powerhead right?

Not sure if the Taco zone valves are the same as when I was using them but there was a heat motor that was replaceable.
