Sonic well water level measurement?

Has anyone installed a sonic well water level monitor device? Are there any that provide a wifi signal?

Never permanently installed one, but seen them used many times. The only thing that really matters in a well is there isn't enough water to keep the pump happy. Installing a Cycle Sensor will protect your pump from running dry as it will shut the pump off when the well runs dry.
