I'm looking for help with identifying this shower valve. I need to change the cartridge for a customer in a rental. In order to do so, have to schedule a 48 hour notice for water shut off. I tried to remove the outer sleeve with channel locks by spinning, twisting, and pulling. It was frozen on. I didn't want to damage the finish without having a replacement sleeve and cartridge with me. It looked similar to Delta models, but most I've seen don't have metal on the face. Also not sure if the escutcheon face plate was changed or not as there was no name on it. I could not find a match online.
