shower valve body parts identification,

hi,

could someone please help me with any knowledge of the shutoff valve stem and diverter valve? manufacturer, part numbers or any other information will be a great help.
trying to find replacement parts asap. really do not wish to open up the wall.

Could possibly be sterling stems (11-4578 maybe) but it has been years since I saw one.
