Shower hot/ cold routing

After demoing one piece tub shower I found the routing of the hot cold thru the floor not thru the 2x4 I am going to be installing a du rock shower system pan is there any choice other than re routing properly see link for pic. Thanks for any advice.

those can be moved back into the wall relatively easy. might have to open the floor sheathing a little bit and drill a couple holes.

Ok cools seems pretty straight forward next question is, I cut away a bigger part of the floor I have 2 options as there is not enough space to cut the pipe and re-solder to correct dimensions I could either use shark-bites or transition to PEX. I am a little wary of shark-bites in a basically inaccessible area/ Thoughts?
