Help!
I have a shower diverter that sends to either the showerhead above or the handheld attached to the valve wall... for the last year or so, the shower head above has been non-functioning even when the diverter is switched back and forth... I removed the valve stem and I am baffled by the insides of the diverter.. how do I proceed? The back of the valve stem has a bump that depresses the spheres in the diverter.. two of which I can depress with my thumb.. the one at the 12 o'clock position will not depress? Anyone seen anything like this? We had this installed around 2003 but we can't find the make or model of the diverter. Any help would be much appreciated, thanks!
