Hi, I am looking for Sch 20 (thin wall) 1 1/4" pvc fittings. Anybody know a source? Thanks.

Charlotte Pipe has thin wall listed as Sched 30, not Sched 20. You'll probably need to contact them to find a retailer/wholesaler that may stock these if you are looking for odd size fittings.

I've bought these fittings in the 3" size to make modifications to the DWV system in one of my prior homes; the entire DWV system of 3" pipe and fittings was all Sched 30. The local ACE hardware carried 3" pipe and fittings in Sched 40 and Sched 30. But, there were just simple elbows, wyes, etc. I think I needed some fittings that the ACE didn't have and then the rest I got at Menards or Lowe's.

I don't recall anything in less than 3" size however.

If you’re asking about pr200 pressure pipe, it uses sch40 fittings in the 1.25” size. Solvent weld.

It’s thin wall and it’s main use is irrigation system piping around my area.

Schedule 20 is used for whole-house vacuum systems. I've only ever seen it in 2" sizes but you might check with Nutone as they sell it, mostly through electrical supply houses.

Wow - thanks for the great number of leads and suggestions. I think the problem is that I failed to mention that I'm working with a 45 year old installation so this pipe is no longer in use as far as I can tell. I did follow all of your leads and suggestions but to no avail (for 1 1/4").

Being thin walled, I was assuming it was old Schedule 20 but now I'm not completely sure. The markings on the 11" section that I've cut out of the ground appear to be "... 200 psi pvc-1120 ps 22-70 ..." in case this helps anyone to identify it.

Additionally, as close as I can measure it has i.d. 1 3/16" (1.188") and o.d. 1 5/16" (1.313) with wall thickness between 1 and 2 sixteenths.
I have been unsuccessful when trying to google old schedule 20 dimensions so if anyone knows a source for that I would appreciate it. It might help to confirm it as old schedule 20 1 1/4".

Thanks!
