Any suggestions on how to remove, and once removed, what are my options?

It appears this is cast into the concrete tub as there is nothing to attach to from the top of the sink. It had a lead tube that ran down to the drain. While trying to sawz all it off, it broke, now I don't have anything to attach a new plastic extension tube.

Thanks in advance to all!

The sink is wrecked. As Mr_David says: "Replace the sink". If you don't want to replace the sink, your only other option is to place a bucket under the drain hole...

If you're creative get a hole saw that can drill concrete large enough for a new basket strainer. I have never done it, but you'll never know unless you try
