Had to break up concrete and dig up a drain line about 3 feet down. The hole was somewhat dry yesterday when It was dug and today it's filling with water. It fills the hole to about 8" from bottom and stops. I'll vac it out and it fills in 20 min. It started raining last night and it's coming fown good today, any chance this is rain water weeping in? And if so is that bad? Went to check water meter to see if there was a leak and it's full of water. All of them on the street are so there's pretty good saturaturation in the ground. I want to fI'll her back up and pour concrete but not with all that moisture. Thoughts?
