Raising Shower Water Temperature

I have a townhouse with 4 full baths. Every shower is able to provide very hot water EXCEPT for the master bathroom shower. We have adjusted the shower handle's rotational stop limit with no success - the water still maxes out at lukewarm. Is there anything else that might be causing the difference in water temperatures? Is there something else in the master bathroom that I can adjust?
