Hi all,
I have an issue with insurance, they do not cover the damage costs because they said it is construction fault...
We had before in our house gas boiler for heating house and hot water, but we do no have a gass anymore and I have removed the boiler and sold for some extra money. Afterwards I have noticed that rain water is entering the house via exhaust pipe. With each time raining outside a drops of water coming it. I had no plans to remove this pipe due to extra costs and I have thought it will be nice ventilation for our tech room.
The question is simple. It is a normal that rain water entering the house via exhaust/inlet pipe?
