Power Vent exhaust fan won't start

I have a power vent water heater. I'd been having to reset it every day this past winter because it would shut down. But once the weather broke, it seemed to be fine and I haven't had to reset it for couple months...?? Really strange... This morning hot water was ice cold...I went down to reset it and all the exhaust fan does is hum, it won't start. Any advice is appreciated.

Check it for obstructions inside the fan.

If clear, replace the fan.

I had one that it had frozen over with condensation from the winter temps on the outside of the house

Do you know a supplier where I can walk in and buy a fan?

Apply 120 VAC directly to the fan relay contact terminal where the hot wire to the fan is terminated and see if it starts.
