Hello, I'm looking to do the following layout, the current existing stack is in an interior wall about 3ft from the exterior wall. I'm going to added a kitchen and full bathroom + washer and dryer. Can you please see if I messed anything up? Everything is 2" except for the 4" stack, also all of the t's and long sweep off the stack are 2 inch, this software just doesn't have those available.

Do you see a better way to do this? can I just tie into the top horizontal 2"

See any other problems with this, I'm guessing this is pretty run of the mill.

or maybe some suggestions about where I should put a clean out.

Cleanouts are good to have in long vent lines and/or vent and drain lines that have several fittings.

I just marked up your drawing to show that all the dry vents can be joined together, but I'm not saying you should use 45s to do it. Combining them with the fewest fittings is best.
