I have some land in eastern NC I want to build on but am told it won't perc due to hard pan and a high water table. I've been looking into some advanced septic systems like recirculating sand/peat etc...
Is there a system that will allow me to clean the waste and then pipe through the hard pan and discharge the reclaimed liquid directly into the water table?
