My parents have an ancient gas Braemar water system c1960s that usually works OK. Just recently there was a leak at the outside stopcock; before I was able to change it for them the old man was turning supply off and on when needed. I have replaced the stopcock but now the pressure has died in the arse although it is still getting hot. Any clues? Steve
