I'm very new to doing my own plumbing so this may sound like a very naive question but, will water follow up a vertical pipe when it has the option of following two descending routes. I've added a tee to an existing line that feeds both a shower and a tub. I've added a line to a second shower head. I have included a picture to help clarify. Thanks!

(I have also posted this in the Project Display section but I think I have a better chance of a quicker response here)

Pressure is pressure so yes it will flow. If you had more of a lift I would think the only problem could be less pressure from the one going up but in this case I don't think you will notice anything.

The pressure will not change. It looks like 1/2" pipe though, so you may not have enough volume to properly feed two heads at the same time.
