Here's an annotated photo of my new kitchen in progress. I'd greatly appreciate it if you'd have a look and tell me if there are any concerns.

no nob and hub is not safe, it is also against code, take it out and replace with correct wire and box's per your local code

it is a fire hazard, if your house burns, and the insurance co finds evidence of it. they will not pay

Not 100% sure what I'm looking at here. What is the red and blue?

Can that right vent serve both the sink and the washing machine? I assume yes because there will be air behind draining water at all times. Or do I need a vent down the middle there, a separate one for the washer?
