A property is being sold as residential and the previous occupant was a religious organization. There are two small bathrooms and a water heater. Estimates are assumed to be extremely difficult. That said anyone have a huge ball park figure on instaling a standup shower in one bathroom and new plumbing to an existing room for a kitchen. Thanks.
