New bathroom layout help

Hi all, my wife and I decided to redo our bathroom. Currently when you walk in the tub is to the right and behind that is the toilet across from the sink. We want to move the shower to the back wall and then the toilet and then the sink as you walk in. Im going to take all the existing plumbing out to the cast wye and I’m looking for some advice for the best way to run all the drains and tie back into the cast and have everything properly vented. Any help is appreciated!
