Greetings! Do you have an experience and can you recommend a solid, reliable, off-the-shelf booster pump for bringing home pressure up to 60-75PSI, rated flow 15-20 GPM?
I've read so many bad reviews with various Home Depot brands, mainly leaks and deterioration in a short time. Leak issues are reported even with Grundfos SCALA2 (the reason I find SCALA versatile is because it's self-priming, it has a built-in speed control, non-return valve, uses standard outlet plug etc.
However, if it's coming with issues, it's worthless. Is there something more robust but residential (or even light commercial)? Thanks for the advice and recommendations!

Amtrol is a well known, reliable brand.
I would also seriously consider Cycle Stop Valves, Inc
I've followed this pro, Cary Austin, on Terry Love's forums (RIP Terry Love) and it is a brilliant system, definitely worth considering !

Thanks Breplum, but both Amtrol and Cycle Stop Valves, Inc. focus on booster tanks. I need a pump that is installed inline and pushes water through the house piping under higher pressure than what the city network provides. See the configuration below

Thanks breplum!

Well, really is no such thing as a "booster tank". The Cycle Stop Valve is a pump control valve that makes pumps last longer and deliver strong constant pressure to the house. For a constant 70 PSI in the house you need the PK1A kit with a 10 gallon size pressure tank and a heavy duty 60/80 pressure switch.

The Scala is the all time worst choice as it is more made to separate people from their hard earned money than to pump water. The best pump I know of that can deliver 15-20 GPM and boost up to 70 PSI is a Goulds J15S.
