My master bath has a claw foot tub with a faucet that has a hand held shower. It began having problems with water not coming out of the shower head when you switched the diverter to shower. I pulled the diverter valve out and found that a washer in it had broken/worn out. I took it to several different hardware/plumbing supply companies who all said they had never seen anything like this valve or washer. I cannot find any identifying names or number on the faucet. The home was built about 11 years ago.

The washer in question is kind of triangular in shape and fits around the diverter valve. The flat side has a metal plate and screw that fasten it in place. Can anyone assist me in identifying this type of washer and where I might be able to get a replacement? I have attached photos of the faucet (with diverter valve removed) and the vale and washer.

Any help would be appreciated.IMG_0406.JPG IMG_0407.JPG IMG_0408.JPG

I've already taken them to two different plumbing supply houses and they could not identify it.

Looks like it may be from Barclay. They make faucets like that. Email them and see if they can help.

I've been to several other plumbing supply houses with still no luck. It does look similar to some of Barclay's current faucets. I called them and talked with them. Their parts guy is out until Monday, but I sent them a picture and he will look at it Monday. Hopefully it is one of theirs.
