I'm modifying a portable generator to use natural gas.
As part of the conversion (there really isn't any other part), the carbuerator is being swapped out for a dual/tri-fuel carb that allows me to select CNG, LPG or gasoline.
The carb come with a pre-installed regulator that is suppose to bring the pressure down to between .29-.38 psi or 2.0-2.6 kpa.
What is the NG pressure after the in home regulator?
And, is the difference too wide a disparity that a step down regulator will be needed to drop it down even further to allow it to accept that low pressure?
thanks all
