For some reason about a month ago the water pressure in my house lowered to about half of what it is normally. Everywhere. Sinks, shower, washer, out door spigot. I looked for leaks with out finding anything. I checked the water main to see if it had been turned down for some reason and it was opened all the way up. I also shut off the water main to see if the dial detected any leaks and it didn't. I turned the water back on and somehow everything was back to normal. Full water pressure. Until a few days ago it started doing it again. Water pressure about half of what it was. Went out turned the water off and back on just like before but this time it didn't change anything. Any help would be much appreciated.

Do you have a PRV on your main line, it should be somewhere around the ball valve to shut the water off.
City water?

Yes I have city water and the valve is under the house. The shut off is out by the curb. About 30 feet from the house.

If your pressure is changing then I'd say it's your pressure reg.

Well, it changed once but it's staying at about half pressure. When I turn on a sink for a second it's normal and falls to about half pressure. And it does that with every faucet.

What size is the pipe going into your house and what size is the pipe throughout

I would Check the pressure with a guage on both hose bibs. Gut out the prv valve, and lastly check what type of pipe I have under neath the house , of galvi pipe , replace with pex or copper

If you have full flow to no flow it's not corrosion in pipes. Your aerators wouldn't pass that much trash to regain full flow. Listen carefully. Literally. Turn some if not all valves on and let run. Go where your lines are. Listen for a hissing or gushing sound. If your pressure regulator makes any noise? Change it. If the noise is confusing you because it sounds like a fitting making that noise???!! Turn water off remove that fitting. I have found so many "multi turn valve seats" deteriorate and come passing thru line. Mostly pvc valves. But remember to listen carefully. The noise is water trying to pass into an empty cavity. The more faucets open the more the noise will generate in one spot
