Loose & Wobbly Faucet Handle

Hello,
Over time, the cold handle on my bathroom sink faucet has become loose and wobbly where the bell meets the lever. I cannot find any set screw or other means of removing the handle to inspect the problem or try to tighten it up. I do not know the brand of the faucet, and there are no logos or names anywhere. Any advice on how to remove/ repair the handle would be appreciated.

It comes off one way or another, manufactures all do things differently. I would try and pop the end of the cold lever off to see if there is a screw in there, or unscrew the cold handle and see what is in there.
