Looking for a replacement part on a Sarlai Combo Shower

I installed a Sarlai Combo Shower Series S0002C. At the base is a plastic part providing support for the shower head. That part broke and cannot find where to get a replacement part. The company web address is not valid, www.sarlai.com. I tried getting information from other sites that sell this shower but no one can help. I have attached the manual when I installed the shower along what's left of the part. Any information/assistance would be appreciated.

You’ll probably have to either rig it with epoxy or replace the unit.
